H2O Audio wants you to love waterproofing music as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, take a look at our Return Warranty and Refund Policies below. Then follow the simple steps.

Return Warranty Policy:

Reasons to return a product for a warranty: If there is an issue with the case, headphones, or soft goods that falls under the H2O Audio limited time Warranty.

  • All Return Warranty items must be sent in within 1 year of purchased date (or 90 days for Waterproof Headphones). For more information on our Warranty Policy please click here.
  • All Returns Warranties must have a copy of the original proof of purchase or warranty will not be given and repair cost will be quoted.
  • Warranty Replacement item(s) will be sent out within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.

Simple steps to a happy Return Warranty:
1. Send in the product(s) you wish to return for a Return Warranty (prepaid postage) to:

a) Return delivery instructions and contact phone number
b) Copy of the receipt
c) Copy of any email correspondence with Customer Support or a description of fault

Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, returned items must be purchased from the H2OAudio.com.au Shop
( Online e-store located at http://h2oaudio.com.au/shop )

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchased date to receive a product refund.
  • Items returned in original unopened condition will receive a full refund
  • Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (i.e. incorrect product)
  • Items returned that were purchased with, all or part of a gift certificate will be refunded as store credit for use on a future purchase.
  • All refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days of receiving your approved return.
  • Refunds must include a copy of the original purchase reciept.
